Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data OmSaiAnk.in collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
1. Who we are
OmSaiAnk.in (“OmSaiAnk.in”, “we”, “us”) runs this website and decides why and how your personal data is used. Under the DPDP Act we are the Data Fiduciary; you are the Data Principal.
Contact for any privacy question or request: Grievance Officer, saiastrovani@gmail.com.
2. The short version
- We collect only what is needed to prepare, deliver and support the report or product you order.
- We use it only for the purposes listed below. We do not sell or rent your data.
- We use analytics and advertising cookies to measure visits and ads. You can opt out any time with “Opt out of ad tracking” at the bottom of every page.
- You can see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing us.
- We delete data when it is no longer needed, on the timelines in section 9.

Which items we collect depends on the product you choose. Fields marked optional on the form can be left empty.

| Date of birth, gender; time and place of birth (optional) | Checkout, your profile | Calculate your numbers (date of birth, name) and support number (gender) |

We never receive your full card, bank-account or UPI credentials — these are handled by the payment provider. We do not ask for health, financial account, caste, religion or biometric data, and we ask you not to include such details in free-text fields.
4. How your report is prepared
- Your numbers, scores, grids, dates and spelling options are calculated by our own software using fixed numerology rules.
- The written chapters are drafted with the help of an artificial-intelligence (AI) language service. To do this, we send it your name(s), relevant dates and the calculated results — only what the report needs. Your payment details are never sent.
- Every report is checked by our team before it is delivered.
- Answers to questions you ask in your account, and the explanation on the free calculator, are written by the AI service without review.
- We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similar effects based on this processing.
5. Our basis for using your data
Consent. At checkout you tick a box to agree to this notice before we use your details. You can opt out of analytics and advertising cookies separately, at any time, with the “Opt out of ad tracking” link at the bottom of every page. You may withdraw either consent at any time (section 10).
Legitimate uses allowed by law (section 7 of the DPDP Act). We keep certain records where a law requires it — for example payment and tax records — and may disclose data when required by a court, government authority or law.
6. Details about other people, and children
Partner's details. If you order a marriage report, you confirm at checkout that your partner has agreed to you sharing their name, date of birth and gender with us for that report. We use these details only to prepare that report.
Children. Our services are for adults (18 or older). A baby-name report involves a child's details; it may only be ordered by the child's parent or lawful guardian, who gives consent on the child's behalf at checkout. We use a child's details only to prepare that report. We do not track children, monitor their behaviour, or use their data for advertising.
If you believe we hold a child's data without a parent's or guardian's consent, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run this website, and only what each needs:
| Service provider | What they do | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, sign-in and secure file storage | All order, account and report data |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting and security | Technical and request data |
| Lovable (AI gateway) and its AI model providers | Drafting report chapters and answering your questions | Names, dates, report details and calculated results |
| Razorpay or Cashfree | Payment processing | Name, email, phone, order amount |
| Our email service (Resend, Brevo, SendGrid or SMTP, whichever is active) | Sending order and delivery emails | Name, email, order details, report link |
| Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) | Sending delivery messages on WhatsApp | Name, phone number, report link |
| Meta Platforms (Pixel, Conversions API) — unless you opt out | Measuring advertising | Page and purchase events, cookie IDs, and email/phone in scrambled (hashed) form |
| Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) — unless you opt out | Measuring visits and advertising | Page events, cookie IDs, device data |
We may also disclose data to government authorities, courts or law-enforcement agencies where the law requires it, or to a buyer of our business (who must keep this policy's protections). We never sell your personal data.
8. Data stored outside India
Some of the providers above store or process data on servers outside India. Section 16 of the DPDP Act allows this except to countries the Government of India restricts; we will stop any such transfer if a restriction applies.
9. How long we keep your data
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Unpaid or cancelled orders | Personal details removed after 180 days |
| Your report, the details used to make it, and your questions | Up to 3 years after your most recent order, so you can download it again — or until you ask us to delete it |
| Payment and invoice records (order number, amount, date) | 8 years, as tax and accounting laws require; your name and contact details are removed after that |
| Security, access and message logs; analytics and advertising data | At least 1 year, as the DPDP Rules require, then deleted (within 13 months) |
| Free calculator inputs | Not stored by us |
10. Your rights and how to use them
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access — a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correction and completion — fix wrong or incomplete details (tell us quickly if a name or date is wrong before your report is sent).
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data. We will delete it unless a law requires us to keep part of it (for example, payment records).
- Withdraw consent — at any time, as easily as you gave it. For analytics and advertising cookies, use “Opt out of ad tracking” at the bottom of any page. For your order data, email us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done; if you withdraw before your report is delivered, we cannot prepare it and will refund you as set out in our Refund Policy.
- Grievance redressal — complain to us about how we handle your data.
- Nominate — name a person who may use these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.
How: email saiastrovani@gmail.com from the email address you used with us, with the subject “Privacy request” and what you would like us to do. We may ask a question to confirm it is you. We aim to reply within 30 days and always within 90 days.
Complaints: if you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process.
11. Cookies
Essential cookies (sign-in, checkout, security, remembering your cookie choice) are always on because the site cannot work without them.
Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) load when you visit. You can opt out at any time with “Opt out of ad tracking” at the bottom of every page; once you opt out, they stop loading on that browser.
12. How we protect your data
- All connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS).
- Only authorised team members can see order and report data, through role-based access; customers can see only their own records.
- Report links are private, and download links expire after 30 minutes.
- Payments are handled by regulated payment providers; we never see card or UPI credentials.
- We keep access and security logs to detect and investigate misuse.
If a personal data breach happens, we will inform affected people without delay — what happened, the likely impact, what we are doing and what you can do — and report it to the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
13. Language and changes
You can ask for this notice in Hindi or any other language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India by emailing us.
We will update this notice when our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version (7 October 2026). If a change is significant, we will tell you by email before it applies to data we already hold.
