Digital Delivery Policy

After successful payment and processing, your product may be made available through an on-screen download, your account order history, email, or WhatsApp using the details supplied at checkout. The available method depends on the product.

Personalised reports are checked before they are sent; the product page and checkout show the expected timing. Audio products are available right after payment. Payment confirmation, unusually high demand, maintenance, connectivity, or third-party delivery issues may occasionally cause a delay.

Please provide a correct, accessible email address and phone or WhatsApp number where requested. Check spam, promotions, and blocked-message folders. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information, a full inbox, device settings, or a customer’s service provider.

Download links are intended for the purchaser and may expire or have security limits. Keep your order information private. If a valid link stops working, contact us so we can verify the order and restore access where appropriate.

If payment succeeded and you cannot access your purchase after the expected time shown for that product, contact saiastrovani@gmail.com with your order number and payment reference. We will check the order and re-send, repair, or replace the file when possible.
